How do they get so many trophies

No I'm not even talking about the people that are addicted to hunting down trophies I've seen videos on youtube where some is level 61 likely higher now has over 350+ platinum's etc?

All I can imagine is they either hack some how or have multiple people getting trophies on the same persons account. As you couldn't get that many trophies by ones self even if you bought the PS3 fat on release and been continuously playing PS3 games since 2006 till prevent day and never slept.

What are your thoughts?

I have 10 plats so far. lol

Isn't there a team of people doing this on Xbox as well? Aiming for a million gamer score?

I dont know about a team but theres one guy who goes by the gamertag Stallion83 who surpassed 700,000 gamerscore recently.

These things are never solo. They claim they are to make it sound more impressive but most of them have quite a large number farming the trophies.

Look at his games played, sure it consists of Hanna Montana, Ben 10 and any rubbish just to inflate his score. Quite sad really

It's not that hard to hack your gamerscore. I tested it once and 1000G in about 4 minutes and I could probably 1000G 20 games in about 5 minutes.

Given that the guy with the 700k gamerscore has been talked about on the Xbox Live podcast I think that if he were hacking he'd have been stopped by now.

Seems like someone just wants it to be all a lie so that he has an excuse not to have so many XD

It's not that farfetched, some people are just better at games than others and play a lot during their spare time.

I don't think anyone has 700k of spare time... I think they might have 700k of full time work time, so if they're being "sponsored" or whatever, then they could pull it off.

I used to constantly have one screen beside me with the trophy guide while playing games on the xbox and then on the PS3 when I traded the former in.
Lately though I just haven't been bothered. Not really sure what changed or even when but now I don't care. When one pops up it's a nice surprise but I don't ruin my game anymore with guides.
Saying that, if it's a game that I really really like then I will want to 100% it, but that's due to the fun I'm having with the game rather than it being a task.

Some of the gamerscores above are crazy, it must be like a WoW goldfarming factory lol.
