how do u watch wmv on 360 from portable device ( nano )

I know the latest update allowed for wmv's to be watched on the 360 from portable device, well i have encoded files ( gametrailer ) using winavi and the 360 does not see the ipod nano 2g on the video section on the dashboard 9 but it is seen on the music section, any ideas all help appreciated in this experiment

device needs to be formatted as FAT32

IIRC formatting an ipod to FAT32 can break it. So you're out of luck.

Thats only the old style ones.
iPods from 3g onwards (maybe 2g), can work as either, but you have to format them with the Apple software to be safe.

all ipods are formatted in fat32 this only changes if u connect it to a mac, which I haven't any more ideas?

If you use your iPod on a windows it is formatted as FAT32

If sync your iPod using a mac it is formatted in HFS iirc.
