Let's say I buy a Windows 8 upgrade. I assume the first time, I bung it on top of my existing Win 7 install. But what about a fresh install? Do you install Tue original OS and then apply the upgrade, or just install directly to the newer OS?
I realise no one knows tbs for sure for Win 8 yet, so how has this worked historically?
