How do you access the diagnostic menu on Dell TFTs

I've searched for it but can't find how you access the diagnostic menu where it tells you what revision of the monitor you have and how many hours it's been used, etc

I have to hold some buttons while turning it on buy can't remember what....any ideas?

Sorry...I found it.
For reference:

You can see it in the service menu.
To enable service menu power off monitor.
Press menu button and + button (and hold them) while powering on the monitor.
Release menu button and + button once the monitors green LED is lit.

Now press - button to enter the service menu.
