How do you benchmark Call of Duty2?

Hi,
I was wondering what the best way is to get a benchmark timedemo from Call of Duty2 so that I can compare from old to new computer? Is there a good guide?

Can anyone help with this? I've found out you type Timedemo 1 at the console but nothing happens!

You'll have to instigate demo playback after using that command. Probably something like "demo <demoname>" or "playdemo <demoname>".
