Ever had those days where you just feel constantly sad/upset?

Whatever you do it always seems to go wrong, and for no reason everyone, even friends/gf just seem to be at you as if you have done something even though you haven't?

Well ive felt like that a lot recently and all day today, i just can't seem to pick myself up from this mood.

What do you guys do to try get out of this?

Don't start coming up with "ZOMG0RSX PRON 11!!111 RAWR PORN NEKID CHICKS" etc

Yea pretty much drink or sleep early.. sometimes i do more workouts just to burn myself out, rather not drink but it does help sometimes. Also now and then i smoke some greenish coloured stuff to relax.

Yeh i know i am, im happy about that but still worried incase i fail the fitness test/final interview, in which case i am screwed as i have no idea wtf to do :(

Im going in as CIS, which bascially maintain everything to do with networks/radar/computers etc

Retail therapy works for me. I buy watches to help cheer myself up - works a treat until the wife sees my bank statements!

I take it she wears the trousers then. ;) :p

If im a bit stressed i'll either go on a nice long bike ride, play some tennis anything physical. Playing the drums or paino help relax me a bit as well.

In short do something that you enjoy, something you haven't done for a while. Golf range, swimming anything like that.

Used to go for a damned good gallop on my ponio, but he's gone now :( I need to find another feelgood hobby that doesnt involve shovelling **** or freezing my bits off in 4 foot of mud.
