How do you clean your monitor?

What's the best way to clean a computer monitor without potentially damaging it in some way?

Would it be best to use a damp micro-fibre cloth and then dry it using a dry micro-fibre cloth?

Industrial alcohol and microfibre wipers - alcohol dries quicker and less chance of residue

err yeh,... that's how I clean mine too...(rushes over and turns dishwasher off)
