They have special wipes for LCD monitors, is that what you used? If so, and it hasnt worked, if you have any eye glass cleaner and a soft rag that helps and should buff it ok.
Ditto any lens cleaner/specs cleaner ragg clothes seem to be the best way cleaning soloutions gotta be wary about cos they can actually take away the protective layers on screens as long as its eye glass type cleaner should be ok.

the most expensive screen cleaner i have purchased is here in-front of me ,and it cost...9.99 for 45Ml.....
the contents: de-ionized water,proprietary polymers.
never heard of the second, so il be using de-ionized water from now on
o..i find a de-mister/micro fibre pad from halfords the best to clean my screens(2 x 42",1 x32" and my 30" dell) by spraying the pad(not to wet!)and clean screen in "small circular action" until clean.
