How do you create a 0x0 Pixel image?

Hi people,

Possibly a very noob question but I am just wondering how this can be done? I need it for a test and I have used Irfan view to edit an image but it is not working very well.

Its late in the day so dont all laugh at me

Thanks guys, need the image to replicate an issue the customer is getting I know the problem is basically an image with nothing but there is actually a display image (its a cartoon image) so a little confused so wanted to try in testing environment.
