How do you create maps for COH?

Im just wondering what program i need to create maps for Company of heros.

It will give me something to do late at night

where can i download the actualy thing you use to make the maps, world builder i think, i think you get it with the latest patch, but i cant get the latest patch (you'll probably guess why), can i just download it somewhere?

I have patch 1.5 and cant find anything :confused:

It would be much nicer to have that then the other program by the looks of things though

you know i had this very same question the other day, it took me so long to figure out where it was and to patch the game to the latest version i got bored and played something else! they are good learning links though, thanks.
