it isnt stopping me/us yet lets just say it takes the shine off the walk when you see a herd of cows afew fields away!
my favorite walks are coastal so its not a problem sometimes but the other week we did Penzance to St ives and back(across country) ,in one of the fields there was a massive herd but tbh they took no interest ,in another was a big white one with a calf and that did warn us off.
btw we have 2 dogs with us all the time ,maybe this dosnt help
