How do you deal with it?

2-3 pints of water when I go to sleep. 1 by my bed for when I wake up. If I remember to do this, I never get a hangover, I'm just a little tired.

Nothing cures my hangovers.. i suffer them bigstyle... but i just go about my stuff knowing i wont feel better til the next day... :p

or get drunk again.

i never feel sickly though, i could easily get a hangover and have a proper breakfast no problems, it just leaves me with massive headaches

I learnt to drink a couple pints of water when I get home. That way I don't get a hang over in the morning. When I wake up I drink a few more pints of water as well.

That's all a hang over is really... dehydration.

Immune here. Don't know what you're all talking about. I can wake up and carry on drinking.

Night before, pack of Diaoralyte in a glass of water, then another glass of water. Plus, depending on what I've been drinking, Imodium Plus. Job's a goodun.

I know this is what everyone says but I think there must be a bit more to it than that. If it's a hot day and you're sweating, you feel thirsty and have a drink. I never, ever feel thirsty immediately after I've been drinking alcohol. Sometimes I will wake up the following day with a hangover and then 8 or 10 hours later I MIGHT get a thirst, but not always.

I think it might be because your body needs salt as well.

Nope, there really isn't. Just drink water. :)

The salt business doesn't cause any bother, just means you'll have to eat, which you would anyway.

i always struggle to drink water the day after the night before, no matter how thirsty i am, if i drink too much it can make me sick so i have to be careful and suffer the consequences or it can get messy. i also have to wait until my stomach actually rumbles before i can eat anything. the problem is, the more wasted i get the less hangover i suffer with!

I think mixing your drinks is a bad idea, I hate it when I start of on pints then end up on shorts in clubs, some days I wake up with just a headache, some days I can wake up with being sick, headache.

Just depends on the mood and how much I drink.

You dont drink enough, lady boy.

I never used to get hangovers, get home in whatever state, couple glasses of water, go to bed. Next day i'd feel lethargic as anything, but never hung over just sleepy all day long.

stumble to bathroom, dunk head in basin of water, pry my eyes open.

down to the kitchen, pint of water, Satay flavoured Cup Noodles (like posher potnoodles but they don't taste of weightlifter's buttock)

large mug of strong tea, not much milk, lots of sugar then through to the living room with a couple of rounds of toast and watch a decent film on DVD, last saturday's film was Harvey (James Stewart)

:)
