So i have the Jeantech phong, and when i sold my old mobo, i forgot these riser thing came with the case, and thought they came with the motherboard, so i sent them away.

So stupidly i'm now left running with the motherboard screwed in once.

Basically, i didn't realise the standard was these screws you have to screw in, but mine you sorta have to pinch, and they go into a rectangular slit in the case.

I don't really know how to search for these, as i dunno how to describe them.

I've checked a few local pc places, but no luck, only the screw in ones.

Any help would be awesome, or if anyone has some kicking around, i'll happily get on the old paypal and we'll do some dodgy deal

Tom

The old cooler master and lian li cases use these kind of stand offs.

i've not found anywhere that sells them, so your best bet is to contact jeantech.

have you got measurements of the hole?

cheers guys you're all legends.

6 months eh. better put the kettle on for that one.

sucked when i went into pc world, stared at a display case with the mounts sitting right there, but no. denied.

I've got an old Lian Li pc7 and over the years some of the standoff things have just gone missing, although I havent been searching for them after seeing the thread I just did a search on google and a website came up selling Lian Li Standoffs which may be useful to you. I'm not sure if they are the exact same thing and I can't give the link due to the competitors rule so I don't think I have been any help really lol.

You will need the brass standoffs, 2 washers, and a nut. Dont know if the standoff thread will be long enough. Perhaps you can just use a washer between the tray and standoff, and just nut the back of it. Might have found some on tinternet. Dont know if i can place a link. Its that place that sells books, cd's, pc games etc, sounds like a rainforest and the search term Plastic Standoffs.

Heres a picture of the Lian Li standoffs, are these close enough to the Jeantech ones you need?

Thanks guys for your help.

I searched the rainforest in brazil thick and thin, but i dont see how the round plastic ones help my rectangular hole? Maybe i'm wrong.

The lian li are much more of what i'm looking at, but they still look slightly different and im scared they wouldnt fit. If i procrastinate enough today i'll take the one and only standoff from my pc out and take a photo.

I contacted the guy i sold the mobo to but he has no recollection of any standoffs.

So much effort for some stupid little pieces of metal.

How many do you need? I think i have some somewhere...

and i have 8 slots which need filling, but any would be a help mate.

How much money do you need to sweeten the deal??

my thermaltake case uses square standoffs. so maybe you could find a site that sells thermaltake parts or something and see if they sell spares.

Tried asking the staff nicely? The display cases cant be sold anyway (if they are using the right case on display). The cases we should have on display are priced at over 1k each (due to having rigged psu's).
