I bite the top off cleanly if poss.
Then i use expert oral techniques to extract all the good stuff.
Then i bust it open to give it a good licking out. Once it's dry i stop licking for fear of fire.
Then i steam the rest down as if it's chocolate.

Carefully unwrap to ensure no foil is ripped.
Shave slivers of chocolate off the sides until the wall is breached.
