How do you find RAM timings

I want to set my RAM up manually in the BIOS rather than by SPD but I'm puzzled by the timings.

My RAM is 5-5-5-18 so the main 4 are straight forward. But my BIOS has additional RAM timing settings - how do you find out what they should be?

These extra 4 timings are usually best left on auto to be honest
