I have a exercise bike we got from tesco, I can not find the model online as I don't think they sell it anymore.
Anyhow I got on it earlier and the resistance has stopped working, it uses a spinning dial to adjust the resistance up or down.
It also has a basic computer which shows distance, calories, time etc
Do I just have to buy a new bike or can I fix this?

Ps if I was to buy a new bike, are york bikes good quality? I've seen a york quest and a york aspire for half price on argos, £130 and £150 respectively. Would anyone reccomend either of these. Ta
