How do you force VSync on ? (Nvidia)

further to another thread I started - but this time more specific

how do I force Vsync on ?

I have a 8800 GTS (G92) and the .25 drivers (latest official)

have Vsync set to forced on, and I'm playing the game Lock-on ... but I have fraps running and I'm getting 72, 74, 50 etc etc fps so Vsync is not working

so how do I enable it please ? I thought the driver settings over-rode any in-game setting ?

I assume youve looked into the games settings?

Also you may try setting up a lockon profile? Or there may be a default lockon profile thats being used without vsync enabled.

Stupid question maybe, but what's your refresh rate for that resolution?
