How do you get rid of acne?

Im using teatril oil with cotton wool to wipe my face, then i wash it off with a warm flanel then wipe my face wit clearisil wipe. Been doing that for over a month still doesnt work, kinda annoying being 22 and still getting spots.
Any advice?

I eat really healthily, i exercise a lot and i shower in the morning and have a wash at night before i go bed.
