How do you know what you're running at?

I just had a quick check in CPU-Z and it says my DRAM frequency is 800mhz.

I'm using Samsung Green 8gb but I thought they were 1600mhz? Unless I'm being really stupid (huge possibility) and the 1600 is what they run at combined?

Noob question >.>

Haha, thank you :P

Yeah I was confused, until I started typing the post really and then realised that might be them combined lol. Was just wondering as apparently my ram clocks very well, but not sure how to OC ram.

No, it's not the combined speed. DDR means the RAM is read (or written) on the rising and falling sides of the clock signal so it's read twice for each clock cycle.
