How do you organise all your game shortcuts?

Now, I know a lot of you on here have lots of games, either within Steam, or bought outwith Steam.

Out of interest, how do you manage your shortcuts? Do you have individual shortcuts for each one in a launcher like ObjectDock? Or do you launch from within Steam?

Would be interesting to know/see how you all do it.

Partly asking out of curiosity/partly asking because I can't decide how to arrange my shortcuts

If a mod feels this would be better off in the PC Gaming sub-forum, feel free to move it :)

Looks nice. Shame about the shortcut arrows :p There is a way to get rid of them by the way :) I can find it if you want (Works for me on Windows 7 x64)

I am busy making a new Library on my PC with game shortcuts. All games linked into Steam, but I have some nice icons I want to use :p Got to love Libraries on 7

i use the start menu for everything, i hate shortcuts on my desktop. unless the program is one i use everyday then it goes on the taskbar, I currently have firefox and iTunes on there.

I'm leaning towards just launching everything from Steam again. It's just a shame you can't get banner icons for games you add yourself. That's a real missed opportunity.

I did like ObjectDock, as I had some nice icons, but I'm leaning away from it now.
