4GB 800MHZ CL4 HyperXRAM PC6400 running at 5-5-5-15 timings
Q6600 running at 2.8Mhz (absolute max this board will do)

Im looking into overclocking memory. Machine is stable in Just Cause 2 with this set up at present.

- Should I try 900Mhz, then 1000Mhz, and go up in increments like you do in CPU overclocking?
- Will I need to alter timings?
- Voltage is set at 1.95V. I know I need to alter this if memory is overclocked, but by how much?

Board is rated at 800Mhz, does this mean it can't do any higher?

ive managed to overclock my ddr2 memory abit, about 100mhz. i find it quite a lengthy process. i did increase the v a little and added some cooling heatsinks with some air directed over them. probably not really worth the bother imho.

i intend to buy some faster memory ie pc2 9200 and underclock with tighter timings but its so expensive these days...
