How do you post computers

Hey guys, i may be selling a barebones to a friend of mine, what is the safest and msot efficient method of getting it from a to b. Any particular packaging, protective packaging, peanuts, bubble wrap etc.

Easier way if possible is for him to collect by car, but if this is not possible then plenty of bubble wrap in a nice strong box, if the system has a large CPU cooler or gpu then sometimes it wil be safer to remove these and have these "loose" it the box.

I used Parcels to go in the past and not had any issues, used DHL.

Yeah the cnps9900 is a tad heavy, even though it has a strong retention clip.
