How do you *properly* uninstall windows 7?

When RC became available, I installed the RC on a different hard drive than the beta. I then formatted the partition which had the beta in it.

Thing is, the old installation still appears on boot-up. I have two "Windows 7" entries there. How do I remove the superfluous one?

yup. best way would be to download a free boot editing program (minds gone bllank on which one i use)

its really simple to remove an entry

Your right actually. You need to use the windows 7 dvd and repair the installation I beleive.

You need to delete the entry in boot.ini

Yes, BCDEdit should do it.
