How do you rate a Nvidia 7900 GTO 512mb ?

Hi I am putting 2gther a new PC and I no this card mentioned is no dout not the best but I just dont have the money to spend on a better one.

Would you rate this a decent card for gaming ? chances of playing on max settings with resoution of 1680x1050,?

All so is it true that you can overlcok this card to work like 7900 GTX ?

kinda weird becasue when they clock beyond the speeds of the 7900GTX, a 79000GTX still beats it
