Thank you, I have never really thought about it that way. Now I'm really looking forward to lunch.Most of the time feeling down in the dumps is due to diet
Everytime I feel depressed it's either due to lack of food, or what I have eaten. Drinking plenty of fluids (water, cordial, not coffee or beer) and eating right sorts me out and I feel much happier.
