How do you remove big ugly logos?

Bought a sata hdd dock with some BIG MASSIVE logo SUMVISION glaring in my eyes

it just distracts me as theres no other logos on my desk as I like clean and simple. Is there an easy way to remove the logo? it seems to be printed onto the plastic.

This is the monster, believe me its worse irl

Anyone tried before?

Black tape?

Colour it in with a Sharpie?

Acetone MAY work. It may also damage the plastic, and melt the white into the plastic itself. Making it look a dirty black colour. Same for Isopropanol, but it will not melt the plastic. Difficult to remove the printed plastic, as thats the point, it will not come off.

You could try sanding it off, although that will of course leave a rough surface left over.

I found out that isopropanol alcohol removes a lot of painted on logos while I was cleaning stuff with it.

lick your finger and rub it until it fades away,works with pen marks on my arm

1 Rubbing
2 alcohol (don't have any acetone)
3 black tape
4 if all fails nuke from orbit

get yourself a can of black spray paint, and try respraying over the logos, if the colour looks too different, spray the rest too

might be best to takes the casing off the electrics before you spray the rest though, so you don't end up with a load of pins covered in non-conductive paint...
