How do you remove this CPU?

Its a celeron 1.1 socket 370

All others i've seen have a handel but not this baby.

The plastic tabs either side say SKT open and SKT close but i've tried pulling/pushing and can't shift it.

Is there trick?

Ah! its a LIF socket!

Anyone got a picture of the removal tool?

Ok, got the old one out but how does the new fit in? The pin slots are slits and the cpu falls into the gap next to the joins in the socket.

should i be ligning the pin to the sockets and pushing down or droping into the gap and pushing accross?

Can't see a manual.

The problem is that the CPU drops straight in, no pushing. Like on a socket with an arm but no arm to lock it with
