How do you restore default playlists in itunes?

My kids were messing about on my puter this morning and have done something to itunes where my playlists - Highest Rated, Recently Played & Recently Added - have all now disappeared. I can't see an option to restore them. What am I doing wrong? Would really appreciate some help esp to get my recently added option back. Thanks.

Ok, thanks for the advice. I had a look at that so just need to play around with the settings. Also, if I uninstall and re-install itunes, does this delete my itunes music folder, with all 30 odd Gb in it?
