How do you say "O RLY"

I have to ask because I found out today that one of my office mates though it was "orlee" because he didn't see the gap between the "o" and the "rly"

I posted some owls on our private PG forums and he totally didn't get it. He then found O RLY on wiki and this is what transpired:

him: "oh look! It's orlee"

me: wtf!?

him: orlee!?

me: you mean "oh really"?

him: ahhhhhhh. "Oh really"!?

me: YA RLY ( :rolleyes:

)

That's what happened at work today for me :/

LOL I have an image of someone actually saying YA RLY then rolling their eyes at someone. Heh made me chuckle.

I say it like this "Oh rly?" I actually do just skip the vowels. Sounds a TAD like "Oh rilly?". Same fr "Ya rly!".
