How do you Scythe Yours?

Which side of the heat-sink is the fan on your Scythe Ninja Mounted?

Having a bit of trouble mounting mine and just wandering how others have done theirs!

i have it on the right, ideally i would have put it on the left pulling air through the heatsink and out the case but it wouldnt fit on the other side

Mines on the bottom not ideal but it's the only place it's not obscuring air flow to other components.

Do people find that their first ram slot becomes obscured?

Also, on the heatsink, I find that the bits which you press to attatch the heatsink to the motherboard obscure the fan blades and if I had turned it on would cause it to not spin.

It's "Scythe" not "Skythe". You don't pronounce the c.

Anyway, you should be mounting it such that the fan blows towards the exhaust.

i've found that with the fan blowing through the scythe towards the exhaust at the rear makes very little difference between not even having a fan on the scythe.

2/3 degrees difference at most - not overly impressed with mine so far - might try lapping it and see if that helps.
