I'm with Sky for my fibre and TV package. I got a stonking sign up offer 12 months ago; line rental, fibre, the whole Sky shebang (box sets, movies, sports, HD etc) for £52p/m but it's coming to an end very soon.

I've contacted Sky and the best they can do is get it down to about £85p/m which is too much for me. So I wondered what everyone else does? Who are you with for your internet? What do you do for your TV? What do you pay?

I should say, we watch a lot of sport and I find Kodi/Mobdro etc terrible for watching live sport, so it's important I have something rather than just whatever freeview channels I can get through my TV

Cancel and they'll offer you a discount before the notice period is up (as per thread above).

With broadband, sky separate the two services so if they won't offer you a good price just switch to another provider doing a decent new customer deal.

Rinse and repeat every 12 months

Don't have TV but cancel when term is up and then find best price + cashback deal
And where company is not dire
