My dad keeps Chickens and Ducks for their eggies and, unless they are cracked, then they are kept in the cupboard - never the fridge!
If you bake, according to my 90 year old Grandma (who used to make wedding cakes), your eggs should be kept and used at room temperature...otherwise you end up with flat sponges and really heavy cakes...or so she says!![Smile :) :)](/styles/default/xenforo/vbSmilies/Normal/smile.gif)
