how do you think these will perform

It's hard to guess without knowing the surface area of the rads (this is most dependent of the number and size of fins, not the volume of the radiator). All we do know the fans are supposed to go up to 2200 RPM. I would expect the ELC120 to perform better than a H60 though as there are two fans and I can see there are more radiator fins.
 
If looks and the basic tech specs are anything to go by they look the same as the corsair units being as they run in at the same price too I wouldnt be surprised to find out they are the corsair units re-badged
 
Coolermaster's new Eisberg coolers are launched next week as well. If the rumours are true they are using Alphacool XT series rads so should easily give Corsairs efforts a beating.
 
Probably much the same. Noisier than high end air and less efficient, but takes up less room in your case. Hopefully they won't have pump issues like the others sometimes do. Looks like the fans will be selectable for lower, mid and high rang of speeds so that's a good thing.
