How do you track DX Secure orders?

Hi all

My order shipped by DX Secure and I was given a consignment number. However, no matter how I type in my postcode, I get an error saying "Sorry, this combination of tracking number and postcode do not correspond with our records. Please check and try again.".

Can anyone tell me what the trick I must be missing is to be able to track this?

When was it ordered? might have to wait till midnight for anything to show, I have had to wait till midnight for DPD to show tracking before.
 
They don't but checking the email again tracking should be available from 8pm the next working day. I'm just going to assume it'll be coming tomorrow!

Do they they have a phone number you can call or check after 9, hopefully it should come tomorrow. As again with DPD there website is slow updating but the telephone was saying the parcel was out for delivery.
