How do you type?

Most of my typing is done using the middle finger of my right hand, and the first finger of my left.

other functions such as shift (middle left) use other fingers.

(funnily enough, I cannot think off hand just what I use my other fingers for, I will try to remember when I next do it)

every now and again I throw out a wild card and use a pinky or something. (right pinky is right track ball button)

i use all fingers. I reverse touch type. I stare at the keyboard and type and realise when I've made a mistake before looking at the screen.

I look at the screen and only realise that I have made a mistake after the spell check has highlighted it.

Unfortunately, being severely dyslexic and therefore functionally illiterate, Spell-check often corrects my errors into words that, while being technically correct, are not necessarily what I want to say.

I have to do an awful lot of proofreading on posts and I still frequently get it wrong!
