Mother just washed Two t-shirts ive been saving for me holiday. They are now Small/Medium and I'm an extra large. Any tips on how to get them back to normal? I think its because they were tumble dried on the nuclear reactor setting.

EDIT: Not enough time to lose weight before anyone says :D

Could try intense ironing?

Adding to the post, i had a top which shrunk and i ironed it quite a lot, trying to stretch it a bit but in the end it just wasn't worth it. Had to buy a new one. :(

Stretch it (at your own risk), but I've seen to see a t-shirt stretched.

Might be an idea to stretch it, after it's been in water.

Yup, once the cotton fibres are exposed to heat, such as in a tumble dryer, they shrink in length and this change is permanent. Cut off the sleeves and the neck and bottom hem and walk around like a superchav. You know it makes sense.
