Wrist movement only
Hand movement only

Hey well I always used to use both but now I'm unable to move my hand while hanging it seems and almost exclusively use my wrist. This results in me having to pick up my mouse and move it around the mat instead sometimes.

So, how do you use your mouse?

Feels weird pushing my mouse around instead of just twisting my wrist. I definitely have to fix this as its affected my aim in FPS games a lot.

On CSS what sensitivity do you use? I've been creeping it up today trying to fix my problems haha.

You must have some bloody long fingers.

My fingers aren't long and I pretty much do that.

The question really isn't complicated. It's quite clear, if you are a wrist user you move the mouse almost exclusively via wrist and finger movements. If you aren't then you are moving your hand via your elbow. IF YOU DO BOTH, then you tick the both box :O

I'm sorry I didn't write a full work up of how all the joints work to do this but the vast majority have worked it out, you're just being pedantic.
