Hey well I always used to use both but now I'm unable to move my hand while hanging it seems and almost exclusively use my wrist. This results in me having to pick up my mouse and move it around the mat instead sometimes.

So, how do you use your mouse?

I just move my wrist and sometimes lift it up if I need to move far/fast.

Feels weird pushing my mouse around instead of just twisting my wrist. I definitely have to fix this as its affected my aim in FPS games a lot.

I use a high sensitivity setting therefore only need to use my wrist.

Yeah, very small movements for me. Have my mouse set to the most sensitive setting.

It has dawned on me that I am a freak.

I play left handed claw grip but my fire button is on the left. I basically hold it at an angle.

Use hand and wrist, pivoted at the elbow.

For Windows, I tend to use my fingertips on each side, in a claw shape. For gaming, I use the whole hand and wrist.

Wrist for micro movements, that are more accurate, hand movement for anything larger. Keep my mouse on high sensitivity to keep wrist movement as dominant as possible.

Just realised I can actually reach every side of the screen with just wrist and finger movement - is it a bad habit to use finger flexing instead of just wrist do you think? (eg. very slight push of the thumb to reach the right side instead of moving the wrist and keeping fingers solid still)

Same. If i'm playing CS or something slow I have the sensitivity so low I can't even rest my elbow - throwing the mouse all over the shop. The downside - an arm that aches like hell after an hour or so. The plus side - being able to twitch shoot across the map and being able to choose which eye to shoot out
