Not really sure where to post this but I guess here is as good as anywehere.
I created a web ticket as I need my Overclockers store page email address to be changed but i've not heard anything back and its been a few weeks now. I went back into the customer service link on this forum but it only seems to allow me to create new tickets and not view existing ones. So i'm not able to see if they've replied and i've not received any emails either.
I've created a second ticket but again not heard anything. Can anyone tell me how the comms with support is supposed to work, how do you see responses?
