Hi Guys,

I have a DVI card with 2 DVI inputs (i think it is, radion 1950express)

and I have a sky box plumbed in to a telly next to the PC.

I would like to ditch the telly and run the sky box through the PC and then get a second monitor.....

What card would I need to run the sky box in to and what cable etc?
Any help appreciated!

your current card won't work, I'm afraid. You need either a VIVO graphics card, which I'm fairly sure they don't make anymore (the last one I had was an ATI 9800pro), or a TV card.

The DVI on your graphics card are output, not input ;)

Is it normal sky, or sky+? Sky+ has s-video out, whilst normal sky only has composite iirc, whic'll require a breakout box before the video-in to an analogue tv card.

Its an old normal Sky box from about 6 years ago! heheh!

Hmmmm so what card could you suggest? just a dual header for the two monitors?

Then what TV card might you suggest? and what are these boxes?
