As above, my leg is on fire now, when I use Deep Freeze it feels like my leg is freezing!!

How does it work, as it's obvious my leg is not on fire or freezing

It's probably a compound which produces an endothermic reaction when exposed to air, if you spray it on your skin it will absorb heat from the surrounding tissue.

don't you hate those jelly bellys that actually taste of deep heat, they claim the flavour is 'root beer', but really it's deep heat :(

But the thing is when you feel the skin with your hand, it's not actually hot or cold.

well I don't know about the sensation, but basically they are meant to reduce muscle soreness... in which case I would suggest ignoring both of them and getting Tesco ibuprofen gel, it's cheaper and does the same thing.

I take Ibuprofen capsules, I was hoping the deep freeze/heat would help as I've got suspected tendinitis which is the inflammation of tendons apparently.
