I am a little unsure about the last few paragraphs I think it may need padding out a little more and maybe the wording changing a wee bit? :)

I would apprciate any feedback as I need to send my c.v out tonight to apply for a work placement.

By the way ignore the last line that wont be included I'm just in a bit of a wacky mood. :D

Skills:
Upon successfully completing my first year at University to very good results I gained excellent skills in many areas of computing. Computer Systems & Networks, Object Oriented Programming, Databases, Web Development and Systems Analysis were the fundamental topics covered. I applied this knowledge and new skills that I learned to various coursework projects and testing throughout the year.

Throughout my second year of study I thoroughly enjoyed every module however I have developed a keen interest in the Internet Information Systems module. I have developed my skills in this area on the course considerably, through developing my own site I have also gained a greater knowledge.
To develop a website I created for the Internet Information Systems module assessment I used tools such as Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash MX and Oracle and languages such as XHTML, CSS and PH. I feel that I have good skills using these tools and languages and I think that this reflects in the excellent mark I received for this project.

I have the ability to use the Microsoft Office range of applications to an excellent standard. I have been using these extensively throughout my studies to create well presented and professional looking documents to a high standard.

From experience and working on projects throughout the years I have developed my ability to analyze and solve problems using my initiative and skills to get them rectified quickly and efficiently.

Combining my voluntary work with my studies throughout my degree and previous courses has required excellent organisational skills. From this experience I am a well organised and a well prepared person.

I have good communication skills which I have developed through giving presentations of my projects to Lecturers and fellow student’s throughout my time at University.

During my employment I gained excellent skills in working to deadlines and working around and with others in the work environment, I feel that I have developed excellent skills to use my initiative to get the job done well.

and liek omg I can talk 1337 omg rofl

It's very long, and you need to highlight parts of it, as you can't assume that someone will have the time or want to read it all...

pH is a way of measuring acidity/alkilinity, I think you mean PHP.

Do people really care that you can use Office? I mean I guess it depends on what you're applying for, but if it's something CS related then I should imagine they'd laugh it into the bin.

• Strong leadership talents “team player attitude and spirit”, and the natural ability to establish consensus among cross-functional lines to build strong relationships within and outside the organization.

I guess I like to waffle on a bit, il cut it down a bit and see how it goes.
Cutting it down to easily digestible bites is the real challenge in CV creation. Anybody can make a list of things they've done. It takes thought and effort to package that in a clear and attractive way.

Yes I noticed that mistake after I posted it, it was not there before I was just moving things around a bit before I posted. Guess I didnt cut that bit.

The office bit I will probably drop, I know its a skill that just about everyone has but at the time of writing the c.v I though why not put it in.

I also added the MS Office, because I've been looking at public sector and school jobs and they nearly alway require you to be able the use office.

If I were an interviewer and I found out that a candidate top-posted on message boards, I'd chuck their application away immediately
