How does one enter the bios.....60% keyboard

Bought pc parts and built my pc .
Switched it on and it's all good so far...
Windows states my 7800x3d is running at 4.3Ghz .
I'm rebooting the pc and pressing F2. DELETE and F10 but it just boots into windows.

I've also tried holding shift .

My keyboard is a razer huntsman mini 60% .

Any ideas or help is appreciate

create a shortcut on desktop pointing to
C:\Windows\System32\shutdown.exe /r /fw /t 0

/r is restart
/fw is go to bios
/t 0 is for 0 second delay

your bios is probably in some quick boot setting that doesn't initialise all USB devices at boot

On 60% keyboards is it not FN + Delete/Back button to enter bios?

It is on my Ducky Mini keyboard.
