How does one get a wifi adapter to be close to 1300 Mbps?

Hi I have a USB dongle that only has the following speed attached to USB3.0:

ive never seen speeds faster than 700-800 and I have full bars on the wifi, the driver is up to date - is there anything else I can do to get a better speed?

Otherwise I will need to run a cable!

the wifi channel has also been changed btw - I think the settings on the rotuer itself look ok but no harm in double checking again
be good to know if anyone has an answer on this to improve the speeds.

I suppose i will run a cable or two when i can
Just need to get my sds out and find some decent cable clips

Yes i used to have a wired network and it was great

Now its wireless

Channel width large as possible what does that mean?

I think the channel is set to auto for 5ghz and the speeds been better since it was running on channel 36

I get full bars on the wifi too
