How does the Razer Huntsman V3 Pro TKL compare to the Wooting 80he?

The internet suggests that they are very very similar performers. I went for the Razer as it was more available and a wee bit cheaper. Only had it just under a month but no issues so far.

Fair enough, if you don't mind me asking, what do you use the keyboard for?

@N0ddie just bought the Razer and it arrives on Saturday based on your comment above, it has nothing to do with the fact it was cheaper than the Wooting and I didn't want to wait till December.

If it sucks, I blame you entirely lol

I initially pre-ordered the 80HE, but cancelled it as it was taking a long time and they aren't considered high quality keyboards, the price was too high for the metal case too. Also a friend ordered from Wooting and didn't get on with it or the software and the returns process was a nightmare.

I went with the Keychron Q1 HE and I'm happy with it, I just wish they would implement some of the new features but they don't seem interested.

I've had mine for less than a day now, but so far I'm impressed coming from my Logitech G915 and that was/is a great keyboard.

The keys feel noticeably higher but smoother. They feel good and at least to my ears have a satisfying thock. I'm impressed with the build quality. That surprised me to be honest. The last time I picked up anything Razer, it felt like a toy. This, does not.

Keychron Q1 is very good alternative.
I am considering Monsgerk MW1 He as well .

I bought the razer but couldn't get used to not having F keys plus it's was my first time using their software and it was horrible.

Ended up ordering a 80HE and apparently it should arrive in December fingers crossed!

the most confusing thing about all of these HE keyboards is that they have proprietary switches. coming from cherry switches where you just had to decide on the colour now it seems much harder to compare switches. Software is also vastly different between boards - I am interested in wooting. I had a razer blackwidow back in the day and the build quality wasn't the best

I cheaped out and bought the Gamakay75 HE, Fisher-Price toy level of quality, the thing came warped so it doesn't sit flat and some of the buttons don't pop back up when pressed.

Straight back on my old keyboard.
