How does the 'select for moderation' box work?

If I click 'Select for Moderation' it highlights the whole post, but what then? If I then click Report, it's not copied into the Report post. How do we use this new feature?

You unlock it by reporting 5000 posts. You also get your testicles removed as you clearly don't need them.

'Select for Moderation' is nothing to do with reporting posts. I think it's for closing your own threads in MM and it's on the list to be sorted so it's only visible within the MM.
