Few things to note.
Don't bother with the 4gb 270x unless your monitor is 1440p. Either get a cheaper 2gb one or a quicker one for the same price.
If you want to save a bit of money you can use a three month tree trial of Windows for now.
The motherboard could be better. I'm on my phone so can't find it - but there's an Asus board on ocuk for £80 that will let you overclock your 8320.
Don't get that PSU. Get a 550w Superflower - either the gold or bronze rated one
EDIT: Motherboard and PSU
looks fine to me apart from i dont like windows 8, used windows 7 since release and has always been fine for me
Thanks man,
Yeah i saw the 2gb one, it comes with BF4 too, i cant see me wanting 1440p in near future.....maybe in a couple of years.....
Whats the advantage with the Superflower? Seem pretty similar to me?!?!
A three month trial would easy the strain a little!!
Tesco Value lasagne looks similar to Tesco's Italian lasagne - that doesn't mean they're of the same quality. The Superflower will be more efficient, more stable, longer lasting etc. It's tempting to skimp on power supplies, but never advisable.
To continue the analogy, the gold-rated Superflower would be your mother's home-made lasagne: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-003-SF&groupid=701&catid=123&subcat=2057
Something else I missed: the CPU cooler you've chosen won't really offer much over the stock cooler apart from lower noise levels. You won't be doing much overclocking with it. A decent £30 cooler like the Alpenfohn Matterhorn will do you just fine. If you're not bothered about overclocking or a bit more noise, just stick with the cooler that comes with the CPU.
Using the stock cooler for now is another a way for you to save a bit of money now that can be put elsewhere in the build (like freeing up the extra £15 for the gold-rated PSU or the ASUS motherboard), and added later when you've got a bit of money to spare again.

And use the Windows 8 Evaluation.
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-US/evalcenter/dn237247.aspx
If you installed Windows 8.1 Preview by booting from ISO media, you can update to the final version of Windows 8.1 Pro using the Windows Store, but your system won't activate until you buy a Windows 8.1 licence and product key. You can do this by following the instructions when you activate your system, or by purchasing a DVD of Windows 8.1 Pro.
If you don't want to buy a copy of the Pro edition of Windows 8.1, you should return your PC to its previous operating system before installing Windows 8.1.
Why have you picked that Ram over mine?
They're the same price?
So at the end of the 90 day evaluation, i just have to get a licence?
Steve...
