Its time to get myself back into PC gaming, last time was around 8 years a go so im well out of the loop. Been looking at:

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £1,441.06 (includes shipping: £11.10)

Crucial Ballistix Sport LT BLS2K8G4D32AESCK 3200 MHz, DDR4, DRAM, Desktop Gaming Memory Kit, 16 GB (8 GB x 2)

Sabrent M.2 NVME PCIe Internal SSD (1TB, PCIe 3.0) x2

Is this a good setup or should i be making changes in places?

Also any recommendations on a gaming monitor, up to around £500 would be great.

Thanks.

Build looks solid, you have obviously done your research!

What case and CPU cooler are you going for?

And regarding the monitor, what resolution do you want? do you want ultrawide? 144hz+? size?
Do you have any preference or knowledge of the 3 main panel types? TN, VA, IPS?

Thanks, good to know its a solid build and i havent missed anything glaringly obvious wrong with it.

As for case, i havent looked into any yet..

CPU cooler i completely forgot about so would need a recommendation there.

Monitors... i havent got a clue about so would enjoy an education on that subject.

@998cc looks solid - Pro is increase up from the Elite but personally would perform the same , if you need to save £50 odd

on a side note, can pick up AORUS ITX

for £215- £220

My basket at Overclockers UK:
Total: £237.49 (includes shipping: £10.50)

which is actually the better board in terms of features with wifi added, 8 layer PCB vs 6 of Pro and 4 of Elite.
VRM wise is 6x 70 = 420 amps vs 12x 40= 480amps of the Pro (VRM units used in the itx is day and night over the Pro)

but you'd need a case like this for the 2.5 slot GPU

Will give that mini-ITX board a thought, see if i want to go that route. Thanks for the advice.
