Just need some help on ram, not to sure what to pick. Incase you was wondering want to eventually buy another 5850 wasnt sure if 650w would be enough?

Was thinking of getting i5 but not sure how much performance differance there is.

Yes, but you will need to use molex to PCI-E cables which should be supplied with the gpu, but not all manufacturers supply these.

My 5850 says not to use molex converters, it says must have its own dedicated pci-e cables from a high quality psu

swapped the mobo for this after reading everyones input about it. Just need to confirm PSu then im sorted

I think that'l just be because a PSU without PCI-e connections is usually quite old or unreliable and they might not be able to supply the correct power. An adapter will give exactly the same as a normal connector as long as it's a quality PSU, which you selected.

so 650w or 750w? What would you suggest (just trying to save a bit if its not needed) remember will most likely buy another 5850 and will OC the i7

going for xfire Id go for 750W to be safe, you should be ok with 650 but Id go for the 750 personally

yea just wasnt sure if it was advertising that it can hold 2 fans but might not come with them.
