Any good links to see what the difference is between the new AMD cards and the "old" 7*** series? i.e. what 7*** card equates to the new AMD offerings?

She wants an 8 core cpu, blu ray drive, ssd and graphics card that will let her play BF4. THose were min requirements. The rest were "would be nice" options :p
 
I'll be overclocking the cpu so what sort of PSU would suffice. She won't be going dual GFX setups. I thought the 600w would be fine even with a decent amount of volts going through the cpu.
